Why hire a pro?

Let’s be honest. There are a lot of people out there claiming to be a “professional”. But what does that word even mean? Some people think that handing a client a thumb drive of images for them to figure out how to use is “professional”. Not here.

At Shadowlands, our definition of a professional encompasses the following vision:

In other areas of life, we hire professionals for things we don’t have enough education to accomplish, nor have the proper tools to achieve positive results. Photography should be no different.

When should I book?

Since Shadowlands Photography is mobile and we provide makeup services wherever they’re needed worldwide, there is no standard “busy season” so we recommend that you book at least 2-3 months in advance. There is not a cut-off date, however you might find yourself at the mercy of the calendar if the early birds got the worm you wanted.

What cities do you serve?

Our home base is in Fort Wayne, Indiana, but there’s no limit once we start dreaming together. Detroit, Chicago, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, Houston, Paris, Prague, Milan, London, Mexico City, etc….we offer photography to clients worldwide.
