Our flat rates have no hidden fees. We also are fully insured. Included in every Professional Headshot Day is:

• Studio professional lighting and posing

• Simple + organized per participant scheduling to help the day go smoothly (view an example)

• Complimentary minor skin blemish retouching on final and ordered images

• Online proofing and shopping gallery for 7 days

• Choice of backdrop color: White, Black, Bone, Thunder gray, Fashion gray, Red, Blue mist, Tech green, Gray tint, Ultramarine, Pecan, Stone gray, Coral, Sky blue, Blue jean, Mocha, Orchid, Orange, Evergreen, Eggnog, Chestnut, Studio blue, Tulip, Rustic, Olive green, Deep yellow, Purple, Sea green, Crimson, Blue jay or Gulf blue

We have a few different investment options for professional headshot days:

1. Full Day (<8 Hours; max of 96 participants) - Flat Fee Covered by You: $3,400 total; includes: 1 outfit, 5 minutes of headshot photography per participant, 1 digital download (full resolution) per participant (participants can purchase more if they would like); digital downloads of ALL desired images for your company’s marketing purposes

2. Half Day (<4 Hours; max of 48 participants) - Flat Fee Covered by You: $1,900 total; includes: 1 outfit, 5 minutes of headshot photography per participant, 1 digital download (full resolution) per participant (participants can purchase more if they would like); digital downloads of ALL desired images for your company’s marketing purposes

3. Custom Timeframe (participants pay for themselves when they book an appointment): $125 per person; includes: 1 outfit, 10 minutes of headshot photography per participant, 1 digital download (full resolution) per participant (participants can purchase more if they would like); digital downloads of 40 images for your company’s marketing purposes

Add-On Options:

• Allow participants to schedule more than one appointment so they can have an additional outfit

• Pro hair + makeup artists on site = $295 (per individual); $3,000 for half day (for all participants); $7,000 for full day (for all participants)

Digital files can be downloaded from the proofing site. Framed wall prints, custom designed folded greeting cards, and other physical products take approximately 5 business days for production. Contact us with any questions prior to booking.
